This class is for anyone who wants general conditioning for any activity. This class was developed by Matt Pendola, owner of Pendola Training, to bridge the gap between traditional classes and traditional personal training. Some of the points touched in this class include: Physiological changes in flexibility, strength and power endurance; Improve functional efficiency and running economy; Nutrition, reading labels, grocery shopping; Learn and improve athletic mindset; Running biomechanics; and Speedwork. Appropriate for any ability or age as each activity has infinite levels of difficulty. |
