Pendola Training is a private, personal training facility located within Caughlin Club. We offer private and semi-private training along with our new Smart Fit small-group training. We also offer a wide variety of group classes. We have the structure to support large group training combined with the intimacy to attend to each individual client’s needs.
What makes Pendola Training different?
It is the uncompromised and unparalleled quality of our unique training system and our dedicated fitness professionals. While all of our trainers are NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and NESTA (National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association Fitness Coach) certified, many of our trainers have multiple certifications as well. Before our trainers are allowed to work one-on-one with clients, they must first do an in-house internship of a minimum of 100 hours, making certain that they fully understand and can implement the Pendola Training system. In addition, mandatory weekly classroom sessions concentrate on the latest research in exercise science. These lessons will also target any number of subjects to increase the trainers’ performance and knowledge. Lessons include highlighting client accomplishments, nutrition, anatomy and hands-on-demonstrations. Monthly guest speakers have included physical therapist Jon Hodges from the Barbieri Physical Therapy Group, orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Pat Osgood, chiropractor Joe Day and advanced rolfer, David MacDonald, to name a few.
