Functional Training with NASM certified personal trainer and USAT triathlon coach, Mark Hollingsworth, utilizes your own body weight and a wide variety of training aids, such as stability balls, medicine balls, resistance bands, kettle bells and TRX units to improve overall stability, strength, balance, agility, flexibility and power.

Triathlon Training with NASM certified personal trainer and USAT triathlon coach, Mark Hollingsworth. This program includes a thorough physical assessment in addition to instruction on biking, running, swimming and functional training along with information on training, racing and nutrition. Schedule is based on your group’s availability.

Mark holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from San Diego State University and has worked for 19 years as an exercise specialist in Cardiac Rehab.  Mark has completed 20 Ironman distance triathlons in 20 years and 11 countries.  He has also completed 15 marathons (including 4 Boston Marathons), 16 ultra marathons, and the US National and World’s Master Swimming Championships.

XFC Elite is specialized, semi-private training with NASM certified personal trainers Amy Burkett and Erin Pincolini.


There are 3 different time tracks to choose from. You may mix and match for a total of 3-one hour training sessions per week.


Track #1: 6:00 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday with Erin

Track #2: 9:15 a.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with Amy

Track #3: 6:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with Erin


Price includes nutritional guidance, measurements, fitness evaluations, body specific training, goal specific training and trigger point release therapy (at least once per month) to address any soft tissue concerns. 8 person maximum / 5 person minimum.

MIX Mixed Martial Arts Workout Improve conditioning and defending ability while learning the foundations of MMA in high-intensity, skill based workouts. Instructor and Pro Fighter Joe Baros will take you through the paces learning moves from beginner to advanced.
