Our classes are a great opportunity for both members and non-members alike to make great fitness progress. For members, our classes can be a great supplement to what they are already doing with a trainer. For non-members, this is both a great introduction to Pendola Training philosophies and a well-rounded workout.


All classes are instructed by one of our experienced trainers often in conjunction with an assistant trainer or two depending on the size and complexity of the class.
